I’ve been speaking with so many nonprofit teams lately who are doing remarkable work under a lot of pressure, and as Giving Tuesday approaches, I wanted to send a quick note of encouragement.

Your work makes a real difference. Even in a challenging year, you continue to show up for your community, raise the resources needed to keep programs moving, and create impact that often goes far beyond what people see from the outside.
