Video Planning for 2026

This is the time of year when planning conversations start stacking up.

People are mapping out spring events and campaign timelines and trying to figure out where video and storytelling fit alongside everything else already on the calendar.

One thing we see every year is that many video outcomes are decided in this phase, before video is even part of the conversation. Timelines get set, budgets get allocated, and priorities get locked in. By the time cameras are involved, some of the most important choices have already been made.

Talking through video and storytelling early creates more room to be intentional. It allows teams to focus on what stories actually support a campaign and how that work can be used beyond a single moment. When those conversations don’t happen early, video often becomes reactive and rushed.

For the next few weeks, we’re setting aside a limited number of short planning conversations for teams looking ahead to spring events and early-year campaigns. These aren’t sales calls. They’re focused conversations designed to bring clarity before timelines get tight.

If that would be helpful, feel free to reply here. Or, if it’s easier, you can schedule a Video Storytelling Planning Conversation here:
