Celebrating 10 Years of Nonprofit Storytelling!

Rustic Roots turns 10 today, and we're excited to celebrate this milestone with you!

When I started Rustic Roots a decade ago, my vision was to help nonprofits tell stories that inspire action and create change. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful stories can be when they’re created in partnership. 

To celebrate, we've put together a short video highlighting some of our projects and partnerships from the past 10 years. I'd love for you to check it out!

Storytelling is truly collaborative. Nonprofits, program staff, volunteers, donors, community partners, and especially those whose lives have been transformed, all play an important role in creating stories that inspire and impact.

When these voices come together, the resulting story feels inclusive and complete, a true reflection of the community as a whole.

And what's more, I've learned that video isn't just a way to tell a story—it's a way to bring people together. The process of creating it can be just as impactful as the finished product, deepening relationships and strengthening communities.

As we look ahead to the next 10 years, I'm grateful for every nonprofit that has trusted us to collaborate on their stories.
